Once a refund is approved by the airline and processed by Kashgar Travel & Tour, it typically takes:

• 7 to 10 business days for the amount to be returned to your original form of payment

All refunds are issued directly by Kashgar Travel & Tour.dsreservations.com  do not handle or issue refunds directly, nor do we collect or store your payment information.
